The Coffee Cardigan is a slightly oversized cardigan with a V-neck, worked in the same stitch pattern as the Coffee Sweater. You choose the length and buttons yourself. It's worked top down, with V-neck shaping front and back, then back and forth for the opening.

How it is knitted

The back is worked in two shoulder pieces with back neckline shaping, then joined on the needle.

The fronts are picked up from the shoulders and shaped for the V-neck using the charts.

The body is worked back and forth in stitch pattern to the desired length, finishing in rib.

Stitches for the sleeves are picked up and worked straight down to rib. The button band is worked in double knitting, with buttonholes formed as you go.

Fit

A slightly oversized V-neck cardigan with 15–20 cm [6–8 in] recommended ease at the bust, dropped shoulders and straight sleeves that are decreased into a fitted cuff.

The fit is slightly oversized, with 15 to 20 cm positive ease.

I want everyone to trust and feel they can wear what they make from my patterns.
