I’m Martine, the designer behind every pattern you’ll find here. As a solo designer and mom of young children, I bring care, clarity, and calm into each design — so that your knitting time can feel both structured and deeply satisfying.

At Slow Knit Studio, beauty lives in simplicity. I specialize in timeless, single-colored garments with tactile texture and clean lines — sometimes with subtle color accents or other thoughtful details. My approach is slow and intentional: every pattern is developed over time, thoroughly test knit, and shaped to guide you gently through each stitch.

This isn’t about rushing to finish. It’s about making something beautiful — slowly — and finding joy in the process itself.

My patterns are designed to be clear and useful, with space to breathe. I believe knitting should feel like a gift to yourself — never a source of stress.

Hvem er personen bak kfb.studio?

Mitt navn er Martine. Jeg er en 33 år gammel kvinne som driver kfb.studio ved siden av full jobb som teamleder for en gjeng dyktige utviklere.

Jeg har en datter på snart 3 år, samboer og en katt. Hverdagen går til vanlige gjøremål, i tillegg til at jeg prøver å få inn tid til strikking og oppskriftsskriving.
